Built for HubSpot company records

Acme Corp, Acme Germany, Acme UK. None of them linked.

  • The weekly batch is full of subsidiaries

Reps get Acme Germany as a new prospect. Someone on the team already sells to Acme.

  • Reports show ten small accounts

Pipeline sits on loose records. Nobody sees the real size of the account.

  • An AI guess you can’t check

A model picks a parent with no reason attached. A wrong tree is expensive to unwind later.

Sorting this by hand stops working on a real-sized account list. Domain rules catch most of it. The leftovers need a person.

What you get

A suggested parent, with the reason next to it.

Every suggestion lands in one review queue. You decide what gets written.

  • A score and a plain reason“uk.acme.com is a subdomain of acme.com.” That one scores 95%.
  • Approve in bulk or one by oneApprove everything at 90% or above. Dismissed pairs stay dismissed on the next scan.
  • Revenue for the whole familyOpen pipeline, open deals, closed won revenue and contacts roll up to the top parent.

Rules first. AI only for the unclear pairs.

Most matches come from domains and names. A rule decides those for free.

How it works

3 steps. Nothing gets written until you approve.

  1. 1

    Install and approve

Open the install link, pick your HubSpot account and approve access. The first scan starts with a backup.

  2. 2

    Review suggested links

Each row shows child, parent, score and reason. Approve the right ones. Dismiss the rest.

  3. 3

Approve and the family rolls up

Links go into HubSpot’s Parent Company field. Deals and contacts roll up to the top parent.

Why the native field

Your reports already know HubSpot’s Parent Company link.

We write the same link you’d set by hand. Views, lists and reports pick it up.

Security

It writes to HubSpot. Only after you approve.

Narrio Hierarchy writes parent and child links you approve, plus its own 9 rollup fields. It takes a backup first. Every change can be undone.

What you can count on

  • A backup after install, before every approve and before every field sync.
  • Undo a batch of approvals, or roll back everything since a backup.
  • Every change logged with its before and after values.
  • Deals and contacts are read only. We don’t read contact names, emails or notes.
  • Backups, the change log and tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
  • See how we handle your data in our privacy policy.

Questions

Common questions

Does it change anything without asking?

It writes only the links you approve. It updates its own rollup fields when values change.

Does it merge or delete companies?

Never.

What if I approve a wrong link?

Undo it from History and backups. The link goes back to the review queue.

Will it overwrite parents I already set?

Only if you approve a suggestion that replaces one. The old parent is logged and comes back on undo.

Is it a custom object?

No. It uses HubSpot’s native Parent Company association.

Is my data sent to AI?

Only for unclear matches. Only company names, domains and countries get sent.

How fresh are the rollups?

They update when a record changes, plus a full refresh every night.

Which HubSpot plans does it work on?

We test it on Starter and Professional accounts.

Is it on the HubSpot Marketplace?

Not yet. Install it from the direct link on this page.

Can I see my gaps before I install?

Run the free CRM audit first. It’s read only.

How big is Acme once the family is linked?

Install it, then approve the first links today.
